This notice explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you request a quote or book a clean with DepositBack. We are committed to handling your information lawfully and transparently under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

DepositBack is a trading name of Helix AI Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16454835). We are the "data controller" responsible for your personal data.

Some of our providers (such as Stripe, Google and Microsoft) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum — to ensure your data remains protected.

We keep your booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations (generally up to 6 years for financial records). Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention periods. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and for analytics/advertising measurement (Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity). These help us see how visitors use the site and how well our advertising performs. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 1.
